Returns / Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to enjoy the jewelry you purchase with us. You may return / exchange whole or part of any order within 30 days of its receipt. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:  in the same condition that you received it in, in its original packaging, clean, and unused.

To complete your return:  Please email us at RETURNS@HPSILVER.COM on or before the end of 30 days from the Order Receipt.

     Inform us of your order #, reason for the return, & what it is that you wish to return / exchange. Let us know of any other questions or concerns you may have. Within 2-3 business days you will receive a Returns Confirmation Form and Number to print out and send with your return.

Any returns sent without their Returns Confirmation Number or not in
proper condition will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then  processes the return. Your exchange will be shipped or a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
